Nassau, Bahamas - Asset Campus International, which is a unit of, Asset Campus Housing is partnering with the University of the Bahamas to manage a new 1,009-bed residence hall on campus. This marks Asset Campus International’s second international property in the past few months. It is a public/private partnership between The University of The Bahamas and Providence Advisors Limited for a new residence facility on the Oakes Field campus. The 1,009-bed project is set to open in 2019 and will consist of a food court, fitness facility, theater and study rooms for individual and groups. A parking deck, retail stores and additional classroom space will also be constructed along with the building.
